SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch all paid orders that are placed before noon the same day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, however this is not 100% guaranteed, please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

All orders require a signature. The courier service will attempt to deliver you parcels twice. If unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us, resulting in further postage charges payable by 'the customer'. 

If you require your goods urgently please ensure you allow time for any delays due to bad weather, busy periods and unforeseen circumstances. 

*Our Shipping charges are based on a flat rate per order. Orders over £10 within the UK are delivered free of charge and International orders are delivered free of charge with a purchase over £75.

We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives or they faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible at witchycloset@gmail.com  and we will get onto it straight away.

We always endeavour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer. That is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
